These terms govern access and use of the BY PUPILA platform and WORLD - BY PUPILA services.

  • Minimum age: 16+ years.
  • If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Account and security

  • You are responsible for your login access and account activity.

3) Location and geolocation

  • We do not use automatic device geolocation (GPS or IP) for account creation or profile mapping.
  • Map coordinates are estimated from location fields provided by the user (country/state/city) and may be approximate.
  • No guarantee is provided for exact geographic precision.

4) Data usage and monetization limits

  • We do not sell or rent personal data, including location-related data.
  • We do not use declared location for geotargeted advertising.
  • Data is used to operate, secure, and improve core product functions.

5) Prohibited conduct

  • No impersonation, fraud, harassment, illegal content, or rights infringement.
  • No abusive extraction or scraping of platform data.
  • No attempts to compromise service security or availability.

6) User content and license

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You grant a limited license so the platform can display and process your content to provide the service.

7) Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

8) Liability and service availability

  • Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'.
  • To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect or consequential damages.

9) Limitation of responsibility

  • WORLD - BY PUPILA is a networking platform that facilitates professional connections.
  • We are not responsible for contacts, business proposals, collaborations, or any interactions that arise between users inside or outside the platform.
  • Each user is responsible for their own communications and for verifying the identity and credentials of the people they choose to connect with.

10) Governing law and consumer rights

  • Governing law base: Argentina.
  • Mandatory consumer protections in the user's jurisdiction remain applicable where required by law.
